Who we are

The Beacon Chess Club meets Sunday nights in Beacon, NY at Meyer’s Olde Dutch (a local burger joint) from 6 to 9:30pm.

It’s casual. Games get played over drinks, food, and a lot of laughs.

All ages, all levels. We’ve got 8-year-olds and 80-year-olds, beginners and killers. Some play blitz, some take their time. Nobody’s keeping score. Just good people playing a great game.
